About Erin

I work predominantly with individuals who suffer from the effects of abuse and trauma, especially in childhood, and are ready to take steps on their therapeutic journey. I work with those who suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem or lack of sense of self, complex trauma, eating disorders, chronic relationship issues, sexual abuse and trauma, adult children of alcoholics, and BPD. If you do not identify with any of these words, that's okay too - I simply welcome clients who are ready and willing to do this work, and offer a free consultation or a first full session at a reduced rate to see if my personality and approach will be right for you.

I have been in private practice since 2014 and am a Registered Psychotherapist (#005898) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I’ve trained at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, and continue my education at other longstanding institutes across North America. My academic background is in philosophy and literature. I remain invested in my professional development by continuing my education in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and Jungian psychology, and participate in ongoing clinical supervision, workshops, and conferences. I strive to function from a psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, feminist, anti-racist, and queer-positive framework.
