About Erin

I work predominantly with those who suffer from low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, and have experienced abuse and trauma, especially in childhood. I also work with those who suffer from complex trauma, eating disorders, PTSD, relationship issues, self-harm, sexual abuse and trauma, and those with diagnoses such as Bipolar or Borderline. If you do not identify with any of these words, that's okay too - I welcome all clients who want to do this work, and offer a free consultation or a first full session at a reduced rate to see if my personality and approach will be right for you.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (#005898) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I trained at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), a long-standing intensive theoretical and clinical training program, and am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). My academic background is in philosophy and literature. I remain invested in my professional development by continuing my education in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and Jungian psychology, and participating in clinical supervision, reading groups, workshops, and conferences. I function from an interpersonal, psychodynamic, feminist, and queer-positive framework.
