About Erin

I work predominantly with individuals who suffer from the effects of abuse and trauma, especially in childhood, and are ready to take steps on their personal journey of becoming truer, fuller version of themselves. My favourite people to work with are those who identify as highly sensitive individuals (or have been told they are), and those who think and feel deeply or in a big way.

I have experience working with anxiety, complex trauma, grief, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexual trauma, adult children of alcoholics, HSPs, and specialize in BPD. I work with many individuals who identify as neurodivergent, queer, poly, and/or spiritual (- there’s lots of space to explore all this here). If you do not identify with any of this, that's okay too - I welcome anyone who is willing to take the next step on their journey. I offer a free consultation or a first full session at a reduced rate to see if my personality and approach will be right for you.

I have been in private practice since 2014 and am a Registered Psychotherapist (#005898) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I’ve trained at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, and continue my education at other longstanding institutes across North America. My academic background is in philosophy and literature. I remain invested in my professional development by continuing my education in psychoanalytic and somatic psychotherapy and Jungian psychology, and participate in ongoing clinical supervision, consultation, and workshops. I strive to function from a psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, feminist, anti-racist, and queer-positive framework.
